As we are housed within the state of Tennessee’s flagship university, we are constantly training new students and offering our services to those within the state that share our interests.
We typically employ several undergraduate and graduate students that are essential to our testing services. These students also gain valuable training on the skills, knowledge, and abilities required of a successful sensory practitioner.
We are also putting together a short-course on basic sensory science that will be targeted to small and developing food companies looking to better understand what sensory can do to help them get a leg up on their competitors. This course will be offered in the Summer of 2017 (exact dates to be announced).
